Floral Manager

At award-winning Sustainable Landscapes Colorado, we make places beautiful. Entering our 12th season, we are recognized as the leader in commercial property landscaping. We design, install and maintain landscapes all over Denver Metro.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work directly with staff to design, install and manage floral bedding and containers
• Accompany Account Manager to review/initiate design ideas for new and existing clients
• Work hand-in-hand with Account Manager, Maintenance Manager and Irrigation Manager
• Conduct quality control on all properties
• Track color and market trends and create boards/presentation materials for clients and company reference
• Attend internal meetings, networking events and training sessions

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Desire to make outdoor spaces more beautiful
• Hard-working with good attitude
• 5+ years experience in plant/floral design
• Strong horticultural and floral technical knowledge
• Proficiency in use of computer
• Strong communication skills, (written & verbal) and superior organizational skills
• Valid Driver’s License

Sustainable Landscapes Colorado offers paid holidays.

Shifts: 7 am – 3:30 pm Monday through Friday, some Saturdays during the busy season.

Pay: $23-$30 per hour. Salary dependent upon experience
